For Pedal Power there is an excess of £50 (or 5% of the pedal cycle sum insured, whicehever is greater) on each and every claim. For more information please see our policy wording.

You can extend cover to protect you by selecting the commuting option.

Cover can be extended to protect family members using the pedal cycle insured (defined as family permanently residing with you aged 16 or over).

When your pedal cycle is left outside the home, it will need to be secured to an immovable object using a high quality lock. For items valued less than £1,500 it needs to be a lock that is to Sold Secure Silver standard. If it is valued over £1,500, it needs to be a lock that is to Sold Secure Gold standard.
